  • Black Rock Forest maintains the Open Lowland real-time weather station at 129 Continental Rd, Cornwall, NY. Data were collected from the Open Lowland Station using a CR1000. This instrument has a sample interval of 15 minutes and records averages of those 15-minute readings every hour.
