  • This data package contains biomass of annual and perennial forbs and grasses collected in grazing exclosures at fertilized and unfertilized transects at the Jornada Basin. The exclosure site was established in spring of 1982 and treatment transects were treated annually with NHNO3 at a concentration of 10g N/m2. Treatment application ceased in 1987. Biomass of annual and perennial forbs and grasses were then collected at control and treatment transects in 1989. This dataset consists of the date of collection, transect type, collection station, collection quad, plant species, dry weight, and quality of dry weight data. This dataset is complete.
