  • This is a compilation of total monthly precipitation for two stations. The Prairie du Sac NOAA data located at the Prairie du Sac dam on the Wisconsin River (43.31 , -89.7283) started in 1912 and ended in early 2008 for full monthly records thru 2007; during 2007 a local station was set up in Sauk City at the wastewater treatment plant (43.262 , -89.7349) with continuous data from 2008 thru the present. Both stations are relatively close (about 3.25 miles apart based on Google Earth), and both are about slightly more than 4 miles to the west of the centroid of Fish Lake in Dane Co.
