Arial orthophotography purchased by the City of Seattle from Washington State DNR. 1998. Paper prints were digitized by the City of Seattle, Seattle Public Utilities, Watershed Management Division. Also heads up digitized on screen to capture features important to SPU Habitat Conservation Plan and Watershed operations
